Personalize images in your lemlist email campaign

Adding personalized text or logos to images in your cold emails makes your message more engaging. It grabs attention faster and shows that the email is crafted just for them, boosting open and response rates. A logo builds brand trust, while personalized text shows you understand their specific needs. This makes your email stand out and increases the chance of them taking action.

Here’s how to add personalized images in lemlist:

1
Open your campaign and go to Sequence.
2
Select Add personalization.
3
Choose Custom images.
4
Use one of the templates or start from scratch by creating your own.
5
If you start from scratch, you can edit the image’s name, size, and background color on the left side of the screen.
6
Available elements to add:
  • Text: Add personalized text or meme text.
  • Image: Import and customize your own image.
  • Photo: Add your lead’s profile picture.
  • Logo: Add your lead’s company logo.
  • Website variable: Pull a screenshot of the lead’s website.
  • Image variable: Add a unique image for each lead.
7
Customize text by moving, editing, and changing its color, font, style, size, and alignment.
8
If you add a logo, you can adjust its position and style. The logo is based on the lead’s email domain, so it won’t display for generic emails like Gmail or Yahoo. For these, manually add the logo using an image URL.
9
For best results, use images that are between 600px to 650px in size and under 5MB. This keeps everything running smoothly.
