There are hundreds of softwares out there and at least 3x the amount of cold emails that are trying to sell them. That said, Lars and elearnio faced a challenge to break through the noise and explain to their target audience they should give this one a try.
His strategy (translated from German)... 👇
1. The setup
Lars decided to create a 4-step cold email sequence and focus on building relationships in their first contact with the prospect. They used their own variation of the coffee template. The email you see above is one of the follow-ups that generated brilliant results. It allowed elearnio to keep things focused on sales without sacrificing personalization. You can spot how the copy flows well with the image and is there to get prospects excited.
2. Personalized image
Lars then used a photo of himself so that people could actually see the person they'll be meeting. He also leveraged dynamic content by adding the prospect's website and logo on there to warm things up and make them feel special.
"Thanks for your great solution and all your content updates, they are really helping us sell smarter through cold emails."
That's awesome! Just tap the button below and send us the details we need. Our content team will be in touch afterward.
One of the best ways to get more replies is to send smart follow-up emails. How do you make these? Like this.
The goal of a cold email is to get a reply. To grab people's attention and capture their interest. You can achieve that by making emails about them and building relationships.
There's no way to know if one email or subject line works better than the other if you don't test it first. Use our A/B testing feature to make date-driven decisions.
Our email outreach strategy rests on four pillars - targeting, personalization, follow-ups and A/B testing. Each one is equally important and your reply rate depends on it.
