My friends have ironically called me a “LinkedInfluencer” for years.
And today…. They’re officially right 😂
This is my first post on LinkedIn as a Claap brand ambassador.
Before this, I’ve said no to 4 or 5 different tools that asked me to promote them.
Not because they were bad.
But because I have a golden rule:
If I talk about a tool on LinkedIn, it has to be something I genuinely use in my own workflow.
Something I genuinely get value from.
Otherwise it feels dishonest…
And f*ck that.
The best way I can describe Claap is this:
Claap basically became the brain of our sales process - sales calls, rep feedback, meetings
It becomes the home for all your video conversations.
Sales calls.
Internal meetings.
Async feedback.
Deal reviews.
Client updates.
Instead of calls disappearing after the meeting, they become reusable knowledge.
If I want to review a discovery call, it’s there.
If I want to give feedback to an SDR on how they handled an objection, it’s there.
If I want to record a quick breakdown of a client account instead of scheduling another meeting, it’s there.
It’s basically the video center of our business.
Meetings.
Reviewing meetings.
Avoiding meetings.
And as someone running a five-person SDR team across different countries, having one place where every conversation lives is huge.
So yes - I’m a Claap ambassador now.
But it’s also the first tool I’ve ever agreed to promote here, because it’s genuinely become the primary tool for our sales team at DG Labs.
(Sorry Sales Nav, we still love you)
P.s. Turns out my friends weren’t wrong about the LinkedInfluencer thing after all 😅
P.P.s If you want to spend less time on notes and more time selling, definitely check out Claap.
👍❤️💡
