60 to 70% of outbound gets sent without any real account context
which explains a lot
which explains a lot
Accounts lists get messy all the time
Someone leaves, new rep comes in, a different team picks it up like nothing ever happened
Someone leaves, new rep comes in, a different team picks it up like nothing ever happened
and most of the time… reps just restart the whole thing from scratch
Like no one ever spoke to that account before
Every time i decide to take on a new account, i’d spend a good 15–20 mins just trying to understand what actually happened there before even thinking about reaching out
→ Who spoke to them,
→ What they were looking at,
→ Why it didn’t move
→ What they were looking at,
→ Why it didn’t move
I mean once you see that, the message kind of writes itself
Otherwise you’re just another random email in their inbox
Otherwise you’re just another random email in their inbox
Nowadays there's simply no excuse cause that time spent resaerching disappear with Claap.
Our reps get a quick scan of past convos, pull the key points, and connect it to what’s happening now
something simple like
“looks like you guys checked this a few months back for the sdr team, timing was the blocker. saw there’s a new vp of sales now… curious if this is back on the radar”
Nothing crazy
Just showing you actually understand what’s going on
Still… most people don’t do it
Still… most people don’t do it
which is funny, because this part alone probably puts you ahead of most reps already
