We all know LinkedIn’s free version and how well it can help us scale our business. But LinkedIn also offers a wide variety of paid plans.

We’re here today to break down the plans, uses, and pricing!

LinkedIn’s basic account

This would be the free version.

This version is a great starting point when you want to start on LinkedIn. You can easily learn the ropes, without having to commit to any paid plans.

You can create your own content and engage with your peers and other members of your industry.

Although the search filters may not be as extensive as with other subscriptions, you can still narrow your search down quite a lot. Especially, once you learn how to use Boolean search.

Sales Navigator

Sales Navigator is a LinkedIn tool specifically designed for sales professionals.

Currently, Sales Navigator is your best bet if you want to expand your network (and your business) on LinkedIn.

But what can you do with Sales Navigator?

  • Unlimited searches to grow your network with the perfect people
  • Advanced searching tools, where you can set all of your preferences and narrow down your search to find the most qualified leads
  • Automatically highlight noteworthy results via Sales Spotlights to receive notifications for certain triggers (looking for a new job, hiring, etc.)
  • Access LinkedIn InMail and reach your 2nd and 3rd connections

Pricing starts at $79.99 per month when billed annually, and increases for other tiers.

Sales Navigator Advanced Plus

The Sales Navigator Advanced Plus plan pricing is under request.

This plan is better suited for larger enterprises who wish to integrate their CRM with Sales Navigator. Although features are only available for Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Aside from all the features included in the previous Sales Navigator plans, Sales Navigator Advanced Plus also offers:

LinkedIn Premium

LinkedIn Premium covers a large range of plans, as it includes all plans in Recruiter and Sales Navigator. However, in this section, we’ll deal with proper Premium plans.

We find three plans:

LinkedIn Basic (free plan), LinkedIn Premium Career ($29.99 approx.), and LinkedIn Premium Business ($59.99 approx.).

LinkedIn Premium Career

This plan is designed for job seekers and career professionals who want to stand out to recruiters and hiring managers.

LinkedIn Learning Career costs $39.99 for a monthly subscription.

LinkedIn Learning Teams costs $379.88 per seat per year, for teams with 2-20 users, whereas larger teams are set at $203.88 per year (approximately)

Due to LinkedIn’s vagueness on pricing, there’s not much information out there and it tends to vary quite a lot, but according to HeroHunt these are Recruiter’s pricing for 2024:

  • Recruiter Lite: $1.680 for a single license and $2.670 per year per license
  • Recruiter Corporate: $10.800 per seat billed annually

Recruiters can use LinkedIn Recruiter Lite to organize and manage candidate profiles, track their interactions and communication history, and collaborate with team members on recruiting efforts.

  • Talent pool building:

Recruiters can create and maintain talent pools of potential candidates for future hiring needs. They can save candidate profiles, tag them with relevant keywords or categories, and set reminders to follow up with them at a later time.

T‍he only downside is that reporting is not included.

LinkedIn Recruiter Corporate

LinkedIn Recruiter Corporate is a premium subscription plan offered by LinkedIn specifically tailored for larger organizations and enterprises with extensive recruiting needs. It provides advanced tools and features to help corporate recruiting teams source, engage, and manage candidates effectively on the LinkedIn platform.

You can find all available LinkedIn profiles.
