AI-generated follow-up emails after calls

You can now generate a follow-up email straight from a call, instead of recalling the conversation and writing it from scratch.

  In the call modal, click "Generate follow-up" to get a full email (subject + body) based on the call transcript

  Change the language, send directly, or edit the email in an embedded composer identical to the regular mail composer, including adding cc recipients

  From the call task, ask to create a follow-up task — it's assigned to the rep who did the call, includes the suggested follow-up email, and also shows up on the call modal

The "Generate follow-up" button appears for calls longer than 30 seconds.
