Find leads using intent
1. Access the People Database

Log in to your lemlist account.

Click on People from the left sidebar.
2. Apply the “Company is Hiring” filter

Click on Add Filter.

From the options, select Company is Hiring.

Choose a specific department and either include or exclude it from your search.
Departments you can filter by include:
- Advertising: Include | Exclude
- Design: Include | Exclude
- Engineering: Include | Exclude
- Management: Include | Exclude
- Public Relations: Include | Exclude
- Administrative: Include | Exclude
- Quality Assurance: Include | Exclude
- Sales: Include | Exclude
Other available filter types
General:
- Not already in campaign: Excludes leads already in your campaigns.
- Current Job Title: Filter by job roles.
- Country: Select based on location.
- Keyword in Profile: Search for specific terms.
- Department: Narrow down by department.
- Current Position Tenure: Filter based on how long they’ve been in their current role.
- Seniority: Filter by seniority level.
- Years of Experience: Filter based on work experience.
- Number of Connections: Filter by their network size.
- Past Job Title: Filter by previous roles.
Signals & Intent:
- Company Size Growth (3m.): Filter by companies with recent growth.
- Company is Hiring: Focus on companies currently hiring.
- Company Technologies: Filter based on tech used.
- Company Last Funding Date: Filter by last funding round.
- Company Revenue: Select based on revenue range.
- Keyword in Company: Search for terms within company profiles.
Company Information:
- Company Size: Filter by size.
- Company Industry: Select by industry.
- Company Market: Filter by market segment.
- Company Type: Filter by type.
- Company Name: Search by specific company names.
- Company Founded Year: Filter by founding year.
- Company Country: Select by location.
- Company City/State: Narrow down by city or state.
- Company LinkedIn URL: Search using LinkedIn profile.
- Company Website URL: Filter by company website.

- Full Name: Search by name.
- City/State: Filter by location.
- Interests: Select based on interests.
