Pause sending during holidays

You can now pause campaign sending for bank holidays and for a sender's own time off, so prospects don't get emails on days they're not working and senders don't come back to replies they missed while out of office.

  Bank holidays: a new "Pause during holidays" section in the campaign Schedule tab (and in the team's default campaign settings) lets you pick which calendars to follow (US, France, UK). On a holiday, the campaign behaves like any out-of-schedule campaign: no sending, the usual orange warning in the campaign list and builder, and sending resumes automatically the next working day.

  Sender holidays: a new "Pause all sending" toggle in User Sender Settings lets you set a start and end date. Every campaign where that user is a sender stops sending for that window.
