Separate warm-up pool for mailboxes without the lemwarm identifier

If you removed the "lemwarmup" tag from your warm-up email subject lines, those emails could land in the main inbox of mailboxes that still use the tag to filter warm-up traffic. That broke their inbox rules and sometimes got legitimate warm-up emails marked as spam.

Mailboxes are now split into two warm-up pools:

  Mailboxes with the identifier removed exchange warm-up emails only with each other.

  Mailboxes that kept the identifier no longer receive untagged warm-up emails, so their filters work as expected again.
