Custom enrichment waterfalls

You can now control the order enrichment providers run in for email and phone, instead of lemlist shuffling them randomly for every lead.

Go to Settings > waterfall configuration to build your own order:

  Create a custom waterfall for email, phone, or both — they work independently

• •

  See every available provider, built-in lemlist and BYOP (Lusha, Apollo, etc.), in one list

• •

  Drag and drop to set your preferred execution order

• •

  Toggle individual providers on or off

The custom waterfall applies to all enrichments for your team and replaces the default random shuffle. It's also available via API and MCP.

  If you don't create a custom waterfall, enrichment keeps working like before (random shuffle)

• •

  You get one custom waterfall per type (email/phone) per team

• •

  If a BYOP provider is added after a waterfall exists, it appears disabled by default. If disconnected, it disappears from the waterfall

• •

  Deleting a custom waterfall reverts your team to the default shuffle
