Phone number health score

You can now monitor the health of each of your phone numbers directly from your call settings. The health score helps you spot risky calling patterns before they hurt your deliverability.

  Get flagged on risky patterns like high call volumes, low answer rates, very short calls, or repeated calls to invalid numbers

  Spot which numbers need attention so you can adjust your calling strategy or rotate lines

  View activity over the last 30 days by default, with a voicemail note shown on the chart

A number needs enough call history before a score can be calculated, and idle numbers hold their last known score.
