CRM sync history in contact and company panels
You can now see a record's full CRM sync history directly from its contact or company panel, instead of searching for it in Settings → CRM → Logs.
Go to Activities in the contact or company panel and add the CRM logs filter. The feed switches to that record's sync history, most recent first.
Each line shows what happened (contact creation, company update, association), the sync direction (lemlist → CRM or CRM → lemlist), its status (done, error, pending, aborted), and when it happened.
Click a line to see the fields that were written and the outcome. For errors, the full reason is shown in readable words — for example, a contact can fail on both an invalid picklist option and a duplicate LinkedIn URL, and both now appear.
Filter by sync action and by status, same as in Settings.
On the company side, association logs name both sides: which contact was linked or unlinked from the company.
This makes it possible to answer "why is this contact not in my CRM?" from the contact itself, confirm a field update actually reached the CRM, or follow a company's associations as contacts move between accounts.
The CRM logs filter only appears for teams with a connected CRM, and when it's on, the feed shows CRM logs only. Settings → CRM → Logs still provides the team-wide view. No backfill needed — existing history shows up right away.
