Every phone field in the contact panel now shows a verification status, so you can tell at a glance whether a number is good or bad instead of digging through call or task activity logs.

  A grey question mark means the number is unverified, with options to confirm it as good or bad

  A red sign means the number is confirmed incorrect, showing how and when it was confirmed

  A green sign means the number is confirmed correct

A number's status is set when:

  Twilio returns an error that unambiguously means the number is invalid
