Contact score, synced to your CRM

You now get a single 0-100 engagement score per contact, calculated across every campaign and channel that contact is part of, instead of a separate score for each campaign.

  • A new Contact Score column (flame icon) on the Contacts page, sortable

  • A contact scale under Settings → Data management → Lead scoring → Contact, separate from the lead scale (weight per activity type, switch per type, AI analysis)

  • A Contact Score field you can map to HubSpot or Salesforce under Settings → Integrations → CRM → Field Mapping (lemlist → CRM only)

  • When a contact has several leads, their scores add up, capped at 100

  • The score decays 3% a day after 3 days without a positive activity, and is floored at 0

  • Merging two contacts recomputes their score

Existing contacts show a score of 0 until their next activity — there's no backfill. The contact score has no {{contactScore}} variable, no lead-level filter, and isn't editable or importable. Lead scoring is unchanged and stays per campaign.
