See which PeopleDB leads are already in your CRM

PeopleDB now shows a CRM icon (HubSpot or Salesforce) next to any contact or company that already exists in your connected CRM, so you can spot them without leaving your search results.

  • The icon appears next to the contact or company name in PeopleDB search results

  • A new "Not already in CRM" filter is available under "Lemlist filters" in PeopleDB, letting you exclude contacts or companies already in your CRM

  • Matching works two ways: contacts already synced to lemlist from your CRM, and a live check against the CRM for contacts not yet in lemlist

Supported CRMs are HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive (new integration only, not the legacy one). For Pipedrive, only the first matching method is available — the live CRM check isn't supported due to API limitations, so the CRM icon won't appear on contacts that aren't already synced to lemlist.
