Log in to your Gmail account and click on the gear icon in the top right corner.
Select "See all settings" from the drop-down menu.
Scroll down to the "Signature" section and enter your desired signature into the text box. The “Signature” section is in the “General” tab of Settings.
If you want your signature to appear only on certain types of messages (such as new messages or replies/forwards), navigate under “Signature defaults” and make your selection.
Once you're happy with your signature, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Save Changes".
And that's it! You've now successfully added a signature to your Gmail account.
How to add your email signature in Outlook
Log in to your Outlook account and click on the gear icon in the top right corner.
Select “Email” from the left-hand menu.
Click on “Compose and reply” to add your signature.
Select “New signature”, add a name, and copy your signature.
Click the “Save” button to add your new signature.
How to add your email signature in Yahoo Mail
Log in to your Yahoo Mail account and click on the Settings icon.
Select “More settings”.
Click on “Writing email”.
Turn on the toggle below “Signature” and paste your new email signature. Yahoo Mail will preview the signature for you.
That’s it! You’ve successfully added your email signature to your Yahoo Mail account.
