- With a yearly plan, you'll receive your tokens every month, not all at once. This means that if you have a SE yearly plan, you will receive 500 tokens each month, rather than receiving 6,000 tokens in one go.
- Tokens reset every month. This means that if you do not use the 500 tokens included in your monthly plan, you will not receive 1,000 tokens the following month. - Once you have used up your monthly tokens, you will switch to the add-on where you will pay for tokens as you go. This means you cannot purchase tokens in advance. However, you can set a maximum spend in your account settings.
- You will be billed once you reach a $50 threshold. For example, if you consume $100 worth of tokens, you will be billed twice, each time for $50.
Are the LinkedIn steps automated?
All default LinkedIn steps are automatically done for you while respecting LinkedIn's limits to prevent your account from getting restricted.
These default steps include visiting LinkedIn profiles (to trigger notifications on your leads' profiles), sending LinkedIn invites/connection requests (with or without a note), and sending LinkedIn messages.
Additionally, you can also add manual tasks to remind yourself of activities, such as commenting on your leads' LinkedIn posts or any other actions that require manual effort on your part.

What can I try during the free trial?
The 14-day free trial gives you access to most features lemlist offer, allowing you to fully explore the product without any limitations. You'll be able to create and launch entire campaigns with all the available steps (email, LinkedIn, call, API, etc.). Additionally, you'll have access to detailed campaign reports, the task section, and all other features lemlist offers.
You won't have access to some integrations (Aircall), use more than 100 tokens, or reach out to more than 50 leads.
Can I sync. lemlist with my CRM?
Yes! You can natively integrate your HubSpot, SalesForce and Pipedrive CRM. You can push all activities from your campaigns (e.g. new lead, email sent, email opened, etc.) as well as send leads from your CRM to lemlist campaigns. You can use tools like Zapier, or Pabbly to connect your CRM to lemlist.

How do the discounts on other tools work?
Currently, for every lemlist account you subscribe to, you get a free lemwarm account. The free access only applies to the lemwarm Essential plan (worth $29/month).
However, you will keep the discount by upgrading to the lemwarm Smart plan. This means you will have a$29/month discount for every lemwarm Smart plan you subscribe to.
