Why it worked?

1. Impossible not to love image

After reading the first sentence and looking at the personalized image, which takes less than five seconds, the prospect feels appreciated and their attention is solely on that email.

2. Fun copywriting

This sequence consisted of three emails and what you see on the image - emails one and three. The copy is really natural, fun to read, and no prospect will ever think it's generic and boring.

3. Clickable call-to-action

Since it's email number three, Mike has decided to give his prospects two simple options. Want to deliver a keynote? Boom, click here. Not interested? Go this way. Easy, frictionless, fast and that's what great call-to-action buttons are all about.
