Call transcript and summary in CSV export

You can now include the call transcript and summary when exporting your calls to CSV.

  • Turn on transcript and/or summary when exporting

  • The transcript is added as one column, unformatted, in a single cell

  • The export still includes disposition, outcome and lead details, so everything you need for analysis is in one file
