Pause or end campaigns in bulk from Contacts

You can now pause or end a contact's campaigns directly from the Contacts section, instead of opening each campaign to stop the lead one by one.

Select one or more contacts, open More actions in the bottom bar, and choose Manage campaigns. From there you can:

  Pause all campaigns for the contact

• •

  End all campaigns for the contact

Both options work on a single contact or a multi-selection.

This changes the status of that contact's lead entries across every campaign they're in. The campaigns themselves keep running for all other leads. Pause can be undone later by resuming the lead. End is final for that campaign.
