Send LinkedIn InMail from campaigns

If you have a Premium LinkedIn account (Premium Career, Premium Business, Sales Navigator Core, or Recruiter Lite), you can now message people outside your network through InMail directly from lemlist campaigns.

A new InMail step is available in campaigns. It works like the LinkedIn chat message step and shows up as soon as you connect at least one Premium LinkedIn account. It's restricted to Premium senders, and there's no fallback message for contacts outside your network.

  • lemlist shows your sender's InMail credit balance alongside your other LinkedIn limits, and alerts you when you hit your sending limit or run out of credits.

  • Sender settings now flag which connected LinkedIn accounts are Premium.

  • On RANDOM / DYNAMIC sender campaigns, an InMail step doesn't lock a contact to the Premium sender pool. If a later InMail step is bound to a non-Premium sender, it's skipped for that contact and reported as "InMail skipped: non-Premium sender." Warnings appear when you create the step, but they never block launch.

InMail credits are monthly and refresh based on your LinkedIn plan; accepted InMails are recredited up to a ceiling set by LinkedIn.
