Why did this outreach campaign work?
We love a good cold email teardown. In other words, analyzing why a specific cold email template worked and breaking it down to the smallest details so that both a beginner and an advanced player can extract value from it.

Warm up your audience on LinkedIn
The best cold email is the one that isn't cold. Sounds weird, right? But if people know you or your company before you reach out, it's going to be 10x easier to get their attention through email.
For example, if your audience is "Head of Marketing or other C-level people", it's not that easy to catch their attention. There are hundreds of salespeople who send them emails regularly. One of the ways to stand out from the crowd is to first engage with people on LinkedIn.
Before sending cold emails out, try to ->Β visit their profile on LinkedIn -> like and comment their posts -> connect with them on LinkedIn. This is what Guillaume did. He connected with leads, visited their profiles and only then has he reached out.
Dynamic landing pages
Text personalization is good, image personalization is better. But dynamic landing pages will probably make the biggest difference in your outreach funnel. π₯
You can double the number of booked calls with this feature. Narrow your audience down and segment them. These segments should have something in common, for example: "companies who opened new offices in a specific region or raised funds and so on".
