Have you build integrations into each of these payment providers? Are you Praia planning to add more payment providers in the future?

Why did this outreach campaign work?

We love a good cold email teardown. In other words, analyzing why a specific cold email template worked and breaking it down to the smallest details so that both a beginner and an advanced player can extract value from it.

Without further ado, let's get rolling.

Go 1-on-1 from the start.

The number of "Payment Provider" tags Nick ended up using depended on the prospect. The important aspect to it is the fact that the intro was highly relevant for prospects and connected to their business. Once they started reading the email, they were like "hey, I use XYZ provider, let me see what's up".

Furthermore, Nick is not trying to book meetings. The message is focused on getting replies and awakening interest in prospects. Instead of links, he uses questions combined with a straightforward ask at the end. As a result, his first email is both relevant and friendly.

Deliver proof of concept.

If a prospect didn't reply in 48h, a follow-up gets fired. Here, Nick aims to show them how the problem goes away and embeds a video that attracts more clicks. Not only did the follow-up boost the reply rate for 8% more replies, but it added credibility aspect to the sequence and demonstrated proof of concept, thus capturing the prospect's interest completely. They are highly qualified if they reply.

An interesting test would be to personalize the image with company logos or dynamic text to drive even more clicks.
