Conditions support multiple branches

Conditions in campaigns can now split into more than two branches. Before, every condition was boolean, so routing leads by anything with more than two outcomes meant nesting one condition per value — long waterfall trees that were slow to build and hard to review.

Now a single condition can branch by value:

  • Add a branch per value and name each branch in the right panel

  • The tree shows one node for the condition, with one branch per outcome

  • Branching works wherever a condition has a discrete set of values worth splitting on, like predefined text, "contains" on open text, call status, lead variables, or lead score

Which branch a lead took shows up correctly in performance > step details, the lead review tree, and activities. Multi-branch conditions also work through the API and MCP — see the documentation for details.
