Know your audience well

When you're reaching out to big clients, you really need to investigate serious time in research and show them you know them.

If you manage to do this, writing a solid cold email pitch would be twice easier because research gives you a ton of ideas on how you can personalize your email. Make it stand out.

For example, compliment their recent milestone, a piece of content they are pushing on LinkedIn or simply connect based on a well-researched pain point or common ground. These customizations can easily become a great intro line that breaks the ice or a unique proposition that creates intrigue.

Different audience profiles require for different language to be used.
