Daniel already had connections established and some meetings booked for the upcoming conference. But, due to the pandemic, the conference was canceled. Nevertheless, Daniel wasn't about to let his meetings fall to the same faith.

2. A straightforward cold email

Daniel knew there was an interest, especially with some prospects, so he decided to keep the email short and sweet. The prospect can read it in 30 seconds and it's easy for them to reply. ‍

3. Smart A/B testing

Since he wasn't sure about the subject line, Daniel decided to split test it. When he saw that version B (LeadsCon2020) works better, he adapted and went all-in on that version.
