the UI/UX is super simple and it is very to easy to get started on prospecting. the preset templates for campaigns are super helpful and the new AI features are adding a lot more value in terms of prospecting better and saving time when it comes to cold outbound prospecting.

The ease and simplicity compared with similar products. The fact that everything is on a single site to take me from Linked In to Outreach. I like the credits system and the clear cost structure of anything you might want to do to your lists.
