Separate warm-up pool for mailboxes without the lemwarm identifier
If you removed the "lemwarmup" tag from your warm-up email subject lines, those emails could land in the main inbox of mailboxes that still use the tag to filter warm-up traffic. That broke their inbox rules and sometimes got legitimate warm-up emails marked as spam.

CRM activity import: see past CRM history in the lemlist timeline
When a contact or company syncs with your CRM for the first time, lemlist now imports its past CRM activity into the lemlist timeline, and keeps importing new activity logged afterwards. You no longer need to keep a CRM tab open to see what already happened with an account.

You now get a single 0-100 engagement score per contact, calculated across every campaign and channel that contact is part of, instead of a separate score for each campaign.

AI contact sourcing for account-based outbound
When you work accounts instead of individual leads, you still need to find the right person to contact inside each one. Instead of digging through the People Database account by account, you can now let AI find them for you directly from your company list.

CRM merges now sync to lemlist contacts and companies
Cleaning up duplicates in your CRM used to leave lemlist out of sync: after a merge in HubSpot or Salesforce, the duplicate contact or company stayed in lemlist. lemlist now detects CRM-side merges and mirrors them.

You can now merge duplicate contacts and companies directly in lemlist, instead of choosing between deleting a record and losing its history, or keeping both and living with a split history.

Buy multiple domains and mailboxes at once
Setting up a multi-domain sending setup used to mean one domain and one mailbox at a time, with domain shopping happening outside lemlist. A new Generate infrastructure wizard in Settings > Domains & Emails handles the whole batch from one screen.
